Booking

There is currently a national shortage of Language Service Professionals (LSPs) within the country..

As a result of this we ask that you provide AD Communications with as much notice as possible to ensure that we are best placed to source an LSP for your requirements. We normally require a minimum of three weeks notice, but will endeavour to source LSPs for short notice bookings.

In order to ensure that we can process your request effectively we ask that you provide the following information:

• Referrer Information.
• The date, time and length of the assignment.
• Deaf Clients details including their LSP requirements, e.g. BSL Interpreter, Lipspeaker, Notetaker etc.
• The location and venue of the assignment (please include map/directions if available).
• The nature of the assignment

AD Communications may contact you to ask for additional information relevant to the booking. This information could include:

• Preparation Materials for the LSP, e.g. Meeting Agenda, Conference Papers, Presentation notes etc
• The name and contact details of the contact person at the assignment if different from the assignment booker
