All weekend and bank holiday bookings, and between 7pm and 8am Monday to Friday

Travel Time will only be charged for assignments that are over two hours travel in any one direction.  This will be charged at half the hourly rate.
Cancellation fees are applicable and will be calculated based on the date the cancellation is received.
If notice is between 10 and 6 working days Half Fee
If notice is 5 working days or less Full Fee

Booking:

When each Assignment Confirmation is received please ensure you check the paperwork.  Contact AD COMMUNICATIONS immediately if you believe any of the information to be incorrect or you require further clarification.

Please contact us, prior to the assignment, if you do not receive confirmation.  With regard to short notice work, information may be given verbally prior to the assignment and a job number issued.  Confirmation will be sent, in retrospect, for your records.

When AD COMMUNICATIONS is notified of any changes regarding an assignment LSPs will be informed immediately, usually by telephone, email or fax.  Any decision to alter the service is to be made by AD COMMUNICATIONS, in consultation with the relevant parties.

 

Cancellation:

Notification of cancellation will always be by telephone in the first instance and cancellation fees should be calculated based on the date of the phone call. 
Cancellation records will be produced for your information and sent to you as soon as possible.
In the event of a job that runs over several dates being cancelled, cancellation charges will be calculated separately for each day based on the same sliding scale as other bookings.
